Why are you so concerned that we have the same magistrate on duty for a full term? What's the big deal? She he not have accepted the magistrates job for the hope that Nick would retire? That's not realistic. Nor is is it necessary. Get over it for heaven's sake. If he's got the skills to be judge, so be it. Someone else can do the magistrate position when he's gone. Someone will be very happy to see that seat open up.
