I wish there could be some kind of law that signs can be displayed at a private residence, window of a business, or I'd even go for ONE central location that they can all pay to put a piece of their litter. I just don't see the reasons to have all the signs that we have to look at every single 50 yards we travel. Realistically, is a sign going to convince a person to cast their vote for that person? It's so ugly to look at, at least I think so. I think if they had to pay out some cash for each piece of litter they wanted to throw out there, it would stop. I think its as ugly having to look at all this litter on a stick along the public highways as it is looking at any other litter.
It is also distracting to drivers.
