ATTENTION WELFARE BUMS

I have an idea. How about we give every person on WELFARE in Armstrong Co, the opportunity to "work off" their food stamps. Like for every 10 minutes they donate to beautifying our area, we allow them to get $2 worth of food on their food stamp card. No work, no food (T-Bones, sirloin steaks and 8 cases of pop per month could be included.) Simple as that.
