Armstrong Co = Heroin Heaven???

According to the LeaderTimes.com, this is becoming a major problem is ArmCo.

This could spell a lot of heartache to the community very quickly as being young and being in ArmCo doesn't provide a whole lot of things to do in the first place - and boredom can very easily be replaced by drugs.

I'd like to know what the existing sentiment is on drug use from those of you who still live in the area.
