It is easy bmac. Near the top of the page where it says "Kittanning Dot Com's Message Board", right underneath that it has a link for

[ Post Message ] [ FAQ ] [ Home Page and Menu ]

Click on the one that says "Post Message". Once you do it brings up a page where you have to fill in the Robot filter (password is gr8place this is to keep spammers off the board), fill in a name, and a subject. You do not have to fill in the email address or the info at the bottom such as optional link stuff. Hope this helps. And I am glad you are aware that people are mean on this board. Let's use my name & watch the fangs come out lol
