Hi Lisa, According to the local newspaper, traffic using the Kittanning Citizens Bridge, was delalyed and intermittently stopped between 6 and 10 p.m. Friday to allow a film crew to shoot footage for an upcoming episode of "Unsolved Mysteries". The episode will apparently focus on the true story behind the "Mothman Prophecies". I guess the crew was also in the area yesterday, Saturday, to film more scenes for the episode. The reasoning behind using our bridge versus the new bridge in Point Pleasant, W.Va., is that our bridge was used in the movie and since the new bridge was reconstructed, it probably does not resemble the old bridge in Point Pleasant in any shape or form. So, that will be interesting to watch for that upcoming episode. We did not know anything about this either, so stay tuned for future updates on this, if we hear any follow-up.
