I have recently went through all of the ins and outs of getting a non-profit organization started (The Armstrong Community Theater). I found a lot of information at the department of state e-mail address www.pa.state.us (I think that is it). Also, irs.gov. There is a lot of paperwork. It took me some time to get it all together. If I come across any good sites, I'll let you know. PANO has a site that may help also.
