And also keep in mind that NONE of the estimates for renovations included ANYTHING about asbestos abatement! It's usually prudent to go with conservative estimates to account for the unexpected (like asbestos, etc.). : You must be looking at different numbers than I saw in the paper. Or maybe you were looking at the "state of the art" figures they had at that meeting. : Also, why are you including the $15 mill.
