: : Julie, Carl should do the right thing then and that is, Delete all the gossip or rumors that are not facts. There are libel issues on both sides of this. You can't use someone elses name nor can you post things about someone that aren't true. So, if he would do the right thing by removing those post in the first place and monitor his message board in the first place, this may have not happen.
