Non-Profit Organization resource needed ...

Just wondering if anyone (especially Carl) .. might have some knowledge
of Non-Profit Organization structure and rules/regulations

I am establishing a foundation to aid Cancer and Diabetes related
causes .. I need to figure out where to start learning the gory details.

I have (I think) a local lawyer getting the Tax ID number to make us
legit .. Have the basic structure and operating proceedures in mind ..
just need guidance in accounting and reporting areas .. is there a CHARITY
FOUNDATIONS FOR DUMMIES book ??
