Only Carl would know. It would not surprise me if IP'S were shared. Joe Close , Terry Rupp and Tim Ashe took a beating on the board. You do not hear them hollering slander or libel. It is a board for public opinion. Everyone voiced "their" opinion. If a politic takes offense to that, then he should not be a politician. It is a dirty business. But I guess if you can just call the message board operator and make it all go away, then it can be your way. I am not very computer literate so me staring a messsage board is out of the question. Anybody want to give it a shot?
Amen to, "YOU" and your "RIGHT" with what you posted. You'll get slammed for stating a very good and strong opinion but a "FACT" If someone is slandering another, they can be libel. I wanted to let others know this, cause we as adults should not be spreading rumors or gossip if it isn't a fact. Carl did nothing about this in the past with some very serious libel issues, which the parties could still file suit if they wish. You got a 2 year statue and all you have to do is go back on the post and print them out. The provider would have to comply with the authorities. And one last thing, if someone wants to shoot there mouth off negatively towards another, expect the same in return, but that person was just looking for a fight to begin with. I myself should not reply to that negative ass, but when one is cutting you down, for just expressing an opinion, which was not directed to that person, its hard not to reply. This is just part of human nature.
One last thing, I'm sure you could get a message board up and running, theres alot of things I never thought I could do, but did. Go for it and if it doesn't work at least you tried. If I find out anything of how to create a message board I'll pass the info along to you.
