Since Dr. Moman retired, I have my first floor space available for a business - have thought of opening a business incubator in it with shared secretary, internet, and other services. Also, will consider decreased rent for help with my business - bookkeeping, secretarial, phone answering, legal, and sales. Total usable area is 1386 sq ft with three separate entrances - one at the back through a small kitchen, one on the side opening into a 19'x19' Great Room (fireplace blocked off), and front entrance to North Jefferson St.
I'd like to get $300-$350 per month total.
Re the business incubator, I have had (very) recent experience working on business plans and financial projections as well as other business-related tasks.
