You really would be to stupid to understand this, wouldn't you?
First off, you're saying Chuck said Congress "may consider". Anybody could say this. He's saying that they MIGHT THINK abour doing something.
Second, are you saying you don't see how this would be a politically motivated statement...because he's a Republican "himself"? Did you even pay any attention to what happened in the last election and the campaigning leading up to it? What an Ass!
