As to your response to my previous post, I live a bit far to shovel those peoples walks in Kittanning lol I did my fair share growing up also. I always did the walks for the 4 older women on my block who lived by themselves. They shouldnt always have to count on kindness though.
Most older people tend to stay inside when it gets that bad out, so I dont see any breaking a hip if it isnt shoveled. Why should they pay that fine though?
