What a joke the Borough of Kittanning is citing individuals for not cleaning there sidewalks - lets cite the Borough for the inadequate way they have clean the streets this winter. I give them an "F." I am outraged that I have to pay $52.00 a year to the Borough for the poor services provided. They don't need another fire truck, they need a snow plow and better management.
Kittanning Borough is a joke.
