I haven't heard of any serious illness with this particular case, but when Chi-Chi's had the tainted green onions there were deaths and very, very serious illnesses. Don't you realize that if not for people's right to sue, big companies would not give a damn about the safety of their products?
Deathly ill, yes, I think they should sue. But there are going to be people who are going to say they were sick and in fact they were not.
