This really doesn't relate to Tarrtown, but it's interesting. There was a documentary done several years ago about the dam that broke in Austin, PA, in the early 1900's. A man named Willie Nelson lived there, and he publicly voiced concern for years that the dam was unsafe. He was killed by the floodwaters. The singer Willie Nelson narrated the documentary....whether or not there is some connection between the two is unclear to me.
