Jim Scahill, who is seeking a fifth term as Armstrong County commissioner, says he has played instrumental roles in creating and expanding county industrial parks during his tenure.

Now the most important question for Mr. Scahill - please explain the economical impact on the county? How much money has been spent and what was the return on the money. How may jobs have been created and how many jobs have been lost. We need more accountability for Mr. Scahill.
