He cares about Ford City and Ford City only I don't know rupp very well,,,he aint my buddy,,,, but from what I understand he is very successful in his line of work with computers. Solak has had a cross to burn with this board ever since they changed the rules on how he could hire people. In fact i would take the vote of any common sense member of the bord. He has a agenda no consolidation. he could give two shits about how much your taxes are...it really does not matter to him. Several of those board members hold common jobs and do give a shit about their taxes. solak has never shown one bit or ounce af ability to compromise. He knows that is how he got on the board thru ford city and why he stays. I say screw ford city let them have their delapitated building. Let their kids learn in that environment build a school for kittanning and elderton. see how the kids in Ford city feel getting left behind. I mean for christs sake his answer to falling behind is offering cyber school who the hell is gonna pay for that???????He would say anything to keep ford city High and that is a know fact. Can not be denied. I personally have nothing more to say on the subject. see y'all on the grass roots movement...Mark my word..there will be no Ford City high and Kittanning high anymore..I feel confident .

I would not choose Solak to manage my dog food accounts. I am not sure why you feel is so much better? Must be something about him we don not know. Everyone who kinda felt left out when they missed the last meeting should try to attend. I bet tonights will be a Barn Burner. Can't wait to read everyones opinion of it on the board here tomorrow. : : : : : : : Of course Jim Solak disagreed saying community schools are the way to go. Also, Ford City Council voted today at a meeting to ask the ASD to keep Ford City HS in the borough. Homer Pendleton read the letter at the meeting.
: : : : : : It is extremely refreshing to hear that people at the meeting from FC are finally willing to stand up for what is best for our kids...consolidation. I hope the Solakians can finally open their eyes and quit trying to save dumpy buildings for the sake of nostalgia.
