I apologize that my thoughts are sort of random and unorganized but I'm sure you all get the idea of what I am trying to say!
It s just how people classify things. They consider fast food work as low class usually because it doesn't take any specialized training to do it and traditionally the pay is low. Some people say dumb Polock , inferring that all Polish people are dumb.It is just something you have learned through the years. People used to think a person who wore a suit to work had a better job than a person who wore jeans- not always so.
Some people think because a person can write and speak well they are very knowledgeable- not always so.
Some people love to call people names ( white trash, etc.) usually these people are insecure in their own life.But it gives them pleasure to call someone that especially when no one knows who they are.
You can't live on mimimum wage especially when most of those jobs offer no benefits.In places where them emplyment level is better they have to raise wages because no one will work for minimum wage.
