I would have loved to frequent the place.... but it was never open! Here's a list of area restraunts I go to.... I eat out a lot:
Pizza House (before it burned down)
Dizzy Lizzy's
County Seat
Miller's Hoagies
Theresa's
Downtown Bar and Grill
King's
Villa
Night Court
Pittzer's
Manor Inn
Bonella's (before it closed)
Mel's
Ponderosa
Serena's
Wendy's
Pizza Hut/Pasta Bravo
Pappy's Place(before it burned down)
Pizzaria
Corner Cafe (Dayton)
Place that used to be Coach and Four (can't think of the name)
And probably others I am not thinking of at the moment.

So, as you can see, I DO frequent local restraunts. So don't blame ME that the Kozy Cafe closed. Blaming the customer is outrageous. It is NEVER the customer's fault. It is the responsibilty of the business owner to lure the customer into their establishment. Quality, Prices, Convenience, Service, Location. All are reasons a customer considers when chosing a business to patronize. I do not know why the Kozy Kafe closed. But if it was because of the lack of customers, the owner can blame no one but the person looking at them in the mirror.
