Husband and I went and saw the Mothman Prophecies this evening and I have to say that I disagree with some of the posts here, it is my opinion that is was truly a fun to watch movie creepy movie. If you like the XFiles, you will likely enjoy this film. But then I very often find myself enjoying films that others do not, so this is right in like with that I suppose. Got a big kick out of the first scenes showing Kittanning and an even bigger kick out of hearing the audiences reactions to it as well. It was quite a surreal experience I have to admit, having lived here all my life and never seeing my town portrayed on screen in that way. LOVED the bridge scene and I told my husband that I will likely always have that in mind now anytime we cross it at night. I am VERY PROUD that my little town was so prominently featured in this film and I have to say that even if it had NOT BEEN, I still would have enjoyed it. Just my humble opinion. :)
