At what point is the benefit to Kittanning so wonderful that we shut down water street for these events in the park? They had water street shut down before the bridge lane was closed or market streets center lane was closed. They had at least thirty people in the park afterall.
Maybe they could make S. Jefferson St. a two way right turn, no stop to keep the traffic moving. Maybe they could get a police officer to manage the light at the bridge and actually skip past the light sequence when nobody is at the closed lane.
Traffic really sucked during the festival, not so much today, but why don't they just post some safety signs or 15 MPH signs on that block? I'm done complaining now. Thanks.
