:I just talked to Carl and the poison ivey will be taken care of. : Does anyone know how to clean up poison ivy? Habitat for Humanity just got the house at 236 Chestnut donated to them and it's got a lot of poison ivy in the back around the garage. If anyone can help, please do.

: Differnt weed killers available but they are not too healthy and might not kill the roots.Best bet is too physically remove the plant and roots, bag and dispose. Do not touch and wash clothes that touched the ivy. Pick up all leaves as spores will fall from the leaves and grow new plants. If you burn the plants and leaves stay clear of the smoke because inhaling it could damage the lungs.
