The December, 2001 meeting and gift exchange of the Bloom Club will be held at the Villa near Cadogan commencing at 11:30 A. M. on Monday, December 10th.
This club is a group of local home makers interested in sewing and tie-quilting. Currently they have donated four baby blankets to Armstrong County Memorial Hospital for gifts to new mothers. They also make lap robes for nursing homes, patient bibs, and bedspread quilts for donations to local fire victims and the Red Cross, as well as individual customer orders.
We are looking for new members to join with us. Our normal meeting time and place is 9:00 A. M. the second Monday of each month at the Alliance Church, 422 East, Kittanning.
