What a great deal Larry. We need more people to see the light and stop whining about the tax base. Our tax base is a lot better than many are led to believe. Just take a ride thru some of the neighborhoods. A lot of hard working people doing good for themselves. I too lack a higher education but worked my way up from being a laborer in a factory to being a department manager. Not blowing my own horn, but it is there if you really want it..
