I agree with you Houser. These gas prices suck, but everything else is so damn expensive anymore too. I used to buy a 20 oz. just about everytime I stopped but that practice has gone out the window. Heck, when we go out to eat (rarely anymore) I always get water since a pop is almost $2.00 about anywhere. I just wish they would at least raise the min wage. No one can live on $5.15 a hour. I hear people saying, Oh, if they raise the min. wage, everything will go up. Uh, duh, everything already has!
You know a waitress makes $2.82 an hour, and we are getting to the point that won't even cover a gallon of gas? And they make that $2.82 whether or not they make good or lousy tips. Sometimes your are lucky if you make $20 a night. I used to do this for a living, that is how I know. Done venting.
