The old PPG site doesn't necessarily need to be an industrial site. It would be nice, but my point is that our local leaders (town and county) seem more hellbent on creating parks, and I belive it was condos they were talking about down there in FC. Stuff like parks and marina's are going to bring people in from out of the area, which in a way is good because they are bringing their money with them, but what about the people who live here?
