She'll probably have children who resent the hell out of her for working for their ipods while they are latchkey kids.
Kids are selfish, as long as they have their "things", they don't care what sacrifice is made for them.The woman isn't selling out, she probably thinks that if the kids don't have everything they want , they won't be happy, it is her way of showing love.A lot of people didn't have much when they were growing up and they want their kids to"have it all" but it has to be paid for and choices made.People feel less of a parent if they feel they aren't providing for their family.
