The local competition in Pennsylvania is a joke. I can't believe that the state public utility commission hasn't cracked down on Verizon to open up the market to over companies. Verizon keeps pulling this crap about how their businesses will be affected if the state goes ahead with its' threats to split the company in two. They talk about massive layoffs and the state economy going down the tubes if the state gets its way. Well having experienced first hand the way some of Verizon's employees do their jobs, I would not shed any tears. The bottom line is that Verizon is hogging the market and holding us consumers hostage. It is time the state did something about it.
