Yes, I will talk to Ray Voller about the idea. (and it probably would help if others who agree would let them know also-power in numbers, and all!) I am not technically from Kittanning. I live in the area though. I am glad to hear that you are involved in projects in Ford City. I grew up there.
Have you heard anything about the Hot Rod Museum being located there? That could be a real boost for the local economy.
I know that things will probably never return to the olden days (pre-mall days, but it would be nice to see an improvement.
