Those were my sister's dog's. Maybe it wasn't mentioned, but they were BOTH wearing shock collars when they ran off. Maybe they were not working. We will never know though because, for some reason Joe choose to hide the collars in a separate place from where he hid the dogs. He told my brother-in-law this when he finally brought back the dead dogs. He also said that he wouldn't return the collars. What do you suppose the reason might be for this? I think people need to realize what kind of an idiot this guy is and quit trying to blame the whole thing on the dogs' owners'. They took/take care of their pets. Go see for yourself. But I guess you'd rather listen to theese idiots who are defending Joe's actions.
