: Hi,
: This is the brother-in-law of the poster brother. First off, I talked to my attorney this morning and he says naming Joe Goodman as the person who shot my dogs comes under defamation of character. If it's true, which Goodman admitted to me he did it, then there is no defamation. I'll repeat this for those who don't understand, if something is true then there is no defamation
: There was not fued between us. We knew each other and were friendly to each other. In fact he made the statement to me that if knew they were my dogs he wouldn't have shot them.
: The first time I talked to him asking if he'd seen my dogs he said no, told me about when he lost his dogs, felt bad for us and hoped we found them. That was lie number 1
: Later that evening I found out that the neighbor heard 5 shots on Goodman's property and a dog yelping like it was shot. I went back to his place but he wasn't there. He called later and I asked him if he heard what the neighbor heard (5 shots and a dog yelping) and he said no. I said that was strange since the neighbor was further away then he was (he was hunting that morning) and he asked my what I was insinuating. He asked me that 3 times. That was lie number 2.
: After he shot the dogs he dumped their bodies "out of the area" and their collars (they each had 2 collars on, one shock collar and one regular collar) in another area so the dogs couldn't be idenified.
: The next night (thurday evening) he went back to where he dumped the bodies and gathered them up again and brought them to my house and told me he was sorry he lied to me, that indeed he had shot both dogs!
We have all heard your story,Why dont you deal with the guy off the board,We have all heard his name So let the law deal with him.We have heard the story both front words and back words,Enough is enough.
