NEW STORES COMING?

Ok, this may be gossip but the latest i heard and some people say they can bet their life on it...
1.) Walmart is building a supercenter (on or near weibel road - behind busy beaver)
2.) Lowes is coming...
3.) a new Dollar General will be bilt in downtown Ford City
DOES ANYONE KNOW TRUTH TO THESE RUMORS??
PS: the new dollar general by shop n save is very nice! A GREAT addition to that mall with competitive prices and great products!!!
