I dont think you have to worry too much about the festival moving. The festival does need support from the comunity even though somtimes things happen that can cause bad blood however in any event thar gets as big as the festival thats bound to happen. So hang in there if the mecanical stuff can be worked out who knows how big and better the festival can get.
