The only way the dems would confirm without a problem is if Bush had put up Ted Kennedy. These dems hate bush so much it is pathetic. They would rather damage our nation than admit Bush did anything right. Just look at how they and the media talk about Iraq. All you ever here is a death count. Never mind that the Iraq military is ready to take control of many of it's smaller towns without any support. That sounds like news to me but you won't here it on the t.v.
