: How about teaching them to grow their own food instead of people just handing it over to them. There was a thing on tv one night about a program in Africa that helped people with food and money. They gave these people a goat and from the goat they got milk and sold it and made goat cheese and sold it; with the money they received they bought seeds and other food items, planted the seed and used the money from their products for food and whatever. It was a highly successful program, all from one goat so they bred the goats and increased their standard of living.People need too feel that they are doing something to help themselves, not just have things handed over to them.
So what are they going to feed the goat, if they are starving themselves? They might end up eating their goat, because they are HUNGRY!! LMAO
