This was the coolest experience I have ever had. Last night they were filming the bridge. Me and my friends happened to be on the side where Gere was running down the hill onto the bridge. We got chosen to be extra's though and ended up there filming all night til 6 a.m. We got paid and everything, they also told us they could call us all back. We will be in the movie because there was the scene where we were running off the bridge when it was supposed to explode. Then I had to sit in a car when all the vehicles were scrambling to get accross the bridge before it exploded.... well come to find out I was sitting in the directors car. He came over and talked to us and everything.... he was VERY nice. Also, my friends and us got to go in the fake police station and when they were outside his make-up campers the other night, Richard Gere rolled down his car window and said to them.... "Its a lil nippy out here tonight, isn't it"? SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COOL!
