: : : : : : : I agree. I think you will see this changed within the next two years. Dealers will be held accountable for overdoses. Society has changed and so should the laws. We need stiffer sentences on those that deal. We have seen outstanding contempt for the users, but what about the pushers? And before the likes of some people on this board begin calling it a "liberal" thing, most of the decisions have been ruled by conservative judges in regards to the "dealers." They prey on the users but disregard the dealers. I did not want to turn this into a political outing, but some people cannot have it both ways. They like to make it a "left" vs. "right" battle, so before that even starts, I wanted to set the record straight. I BELIEVE that most of the judges, despite their political affiliation have failed us as the public. If you stop the pushers, you stop the users. I want harsher laws expanded. We also need more law enforcement which comes from funding from the federal and state government!!!!!!!!! You cannot have it both ways.

Maybe you are new to the board, so I will type SLOW.
There has been a strong contingency for everything that occurs to be the fault of the so-called "liberals." They want to blame everyone else. I have come out and said it is the fault of BOTH liberals and conservatives. As you see, by your post, some parties get very edgy in all of this, because they are clinging to that one vine (meaning to attack from another angle)to demean and discourage others from free thought, So, you can say that I am drunk or I need some sleep, BUT you are fooling nobody. You are just showing you have no answer to the problem.
Beware people who read this board, this is what is occurring throughout the country. If we do not agree with what others are saying, we will just try and degrade them in another way.
Has this person dealt with the issue or issues?
Talking about not making "any sense," I wish for you all to go back and review my post. I am for any judge, right or left, to make the necessary changes to go and prosecute these dealers. Do you the public have a problem with that? If so, tell me, you might be able to sway me with some credible debate.
Start at the beginning and read down. This is a hijacking of a thread. My response was clear, but now you see how certain people try to turn this thread into something else.
Let me say it again, I do not care if they are conservative or liberal judges, they have failed us, as a community. We need stricter laws related to the dealers, not the users.
(Sigh) We will wait to hear the response of the so-called "responsibility" faction.
