Use this link to get a copy of a form to send for a copy of your birth certificate. Send it to the New Castle, PA address listed on it. They have the records for this area. The courthouse in Kittanning does not keep them here. I hope this helps you out.
: i was born here in the hospital, in 1964 and they say the hosipat is gone. i've never seen or heard of this place except on my birth papers. i want to get my origanal birth certificate, but i don't know how. The one i have does not have all the info on it. when i got married the lady in detroit marriage office asked, "who are your parents?" i never thought to look. she also asked "are you male-female-or, subject?" how can i get a copy without coming to kittanning? what is it like anyway today 05/20/2005?
