I had the opportunity to be an extra on March 9. It was a wonderful experience and I will use what I have learned to help my theater career. As for the admissions at the Parish Hall. I feel that the production company had done everything that was physically possible to get everyone in. Do you really think that they could check everyone's name off at the door? If that be the case, it would have taken hours to register everyone. I, of course, was registered but I anticipated the crowd and got in line early. This did benefit my assurance of getting into the movie. I think Andrea Musher and the rest of her staff did a wonderful job. Just remeber, with that many people, let's see how well you would do. I think that this is a wonderful thing for the production company to give to Kittanning - how about appreciating it or stay away from town and let them do their thing. I know several people that were in the actual scene that never even went through the Parish Hall. They just inched their way in at the set and got into the movie. It is difficult to control that many people at once. Everyone involved with last nights shoot was very well-behaved and we all had fun. I will always remember my experience. I even sought out Andrea, the head of the production casting and thanked her personally. Once again, thank you Andrea, the production crew and everyone who made this possible. We are lucky, they could have said no to everyone and got paid extras from out of town. If that would have been the case, no one would have had this opportunity.
