: : : : I agree with you on this. Paying to get into the Folk Festival wouldn't be fair and would probable run it right into the ground. I couldn't see many people paying to go to the festival. Like you said, things are over priced there now. Maybe it's just a scare tactic to get the Kittanning Boro to do more or somehow to get money from somewhere..
