Thanks for your opinion. I agree on keeping it seperate from the war/vet memorials. I'm sure that even the "stars" would agree vets deserve a higher degree of our respect! It may be a sad statement about our society, but the "walk of fame" may encourage people to visit the park. While there,they may accidentally come across the vet/war memorials and reflect for a moment or so about how we owe our freedom to them. The "parklet" is something to think about.
Any other ideas or thoughts on the matter? Anyone willing to help work on getting this idea okayed?
