: I just came back from talking to my doctor and lawyer about my living will,I made some change's in mine,I appointed my daughter to have power of attorney,Any decesion's to be made will be made by her but only on my doctor's advise. It also stipulate's that no political group's such as congress or the senate or any judge,From any court will have any say so about me being removed or put on life support.Installing or removing a feeding tube, It has all been noterized and signed by me,my daughter, doctor and lawyer. Do you think this is enough to keep this personal thing in the family,Or will some one be able to over rule my wishe's.
::I would hope what you did would be enough. After all it's your wishes and you did have it noterized and signed by all parties. I guess anybody can contest something but hopefully what you did is full proof... With the case that's been in the news lately, it sure is making people think about having a living will done.
