Sounds like a good idea to me, let's think about where and get with the city council members even before they meet. If we outline the plan and get yes votes lined up, the vote during their council meeting will be a formality.
Maybe down at the park just north of the bridge? Maybe we can get Silence of the Lambs stars to come back and add theirs too sometime.
