I was going to suggest that you cry babies that want to bitch about the Kittanning police should maybe ride with them for a night or so and see what they do. But I dont think I would want to put that thru that much hell,That would only be punishment for them. As far as them setting up at the dump making out with females.I guess if you were there your self then you would know.
