Once in a million, people didn't auto kill the "bad" school directors on this one. But I want to know this one thing. If we can't compete with some of the other districts with pay and benefits then we will lose quality teachers versus the ones fresh out of college. It's why maybe the smaller schools should be cut out and some of the wasting dollars to save them would cut the tax dollars. Does anyone even think on that thought?
