Had an interesting time today in Kittanning, snapping photos and visiting the residents watching Hollywood in action.
Sorry I missed my connection with Michael (Mothman publicist) but most of the crew I met were as pleasant and cooperative as the situation allowed. Great security, too!
Interesting enigma at Otto's Garage:
I believe I saw black oil containers on display out front that were the newer built-in spout type even though they seemed "aged." In 1967, automotive oil cans were actually all shaped like fat soup cans. Back in those good old days, you needed a self-piercing spout that more often than not leaked all over the engine as the oil trickled out.
Meeting Carl today was a pleasant surprise. (My clipboard and walkie-talkie are present and accounted for.)
