From Feb 28th through mid-April is the latest word. Since Richard is not in EVERY scene, it's hard to be more precise - yet! Keep in touch.
And yes it was Saturday night. Mark Pellington was directing and I can't see Mark and Richard both being in two locations that far apart on the same night, although I suppose it's possible
