Tonight this really pissed me off. It happens all the time. Does this bother anyone else??
What bothers me is that everyone likes to take that shortcut up the one hill (whats it called?) on the West Kittanning side. They slow to a halt, make the turn slowly and during this time there is nearly a ten car pile up. Once in a while someone has the courtsey (sp?) to use a turn signal, that goes for tarrtown road too.
